Hastings Direct, one of the UK's fastest growing general insurance providers, has celebrated a significant milestone by taking over a million calls at its Leicester office in St George's Way. Colleague Ashker Ashker took the millionth call from a customer in York wanting to change their vehicle.
Hastings Direct continues to go from strength to strength in Leicester. Locating its third site in the city almost a year ago, Hastings Direct's Leicester office now employees over 500 colleagues following the move to bigger offices at St George's Way at the beginning of 2016. It has also carved its place in the Leicester business community as it continues to grow and contribute to the local area. Supporting two local charities this year, The Bridge and The Dorothy Goodman School, Hastings Direct has also committed to a three year education programme, Be the Change, with local year 9 students.
