I studied BA in English & Education followed by MA in Philosophy and a Postgraduate diploma in Law and started the Hastings Direct Claims Graduate programme in 2014 just after finishing my law degree.
Through the work I’ve been involved in, first in Claims and then during the implementation of our new Guidewire broker platform, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some fantastic colleagues across the business and learned a lot of new skills along the way. It’s surprising how much is going on behind the scenes and how different areas collaborate to create change and help the company grow.
After working on the Guidewire project an opportunity to move into Digital and Marketing came up which allowed me to develop my career in a new direction. I’ve now been with the team for 2 years and have an exciting role within continuous improvement and delivery of our customer communications.
