Being a good neighbour

We aim to play a key role in our local communities. Our colleagues are allocated time away from their day to day role, to fulfill an exciting community day every year. Whether you choose to support one of our charity partners, a local fundraiser or another worthy cause, our community days are a great opportunity to give back to the areas where we live.

Colleagues also mentor young people as part of the Be the Change education programme. We sponsor Be the Change, which helps, supports and inspire local 13 to 14-year-old students to develop vital business skills that will increase their future employability.

By giving grants to communities, donating throughout the year and taking part in local programmes, we play an active role in the areas where we work.

Our commitment to our colleagues
