To support our colleague’s development, we provide opportunities for our colleagues to build their career with us through apprenticeships alongside their role.
On top of the 80 who have already passed, 90 of our colleagues are currently studying one of the many role-specific apprenticeships available to them to help them work towards their development and career goals.
Throughout the course, they’re given time and support to enable them to finish their course, including opportunities to apply what they’ve learned in their role.
