We have many Wellbeing Champions across our offices at Hastings Direct who are on hand to support our colleagues with life’s ups and downs.
Our champions promote, identify and signpost colleagues to wellbeing initiatives and campaigns throughout the year as well as offering wellbeing support.
Dave is an Underwriting Business Analyst who became a Wellbeing Champion at the beginning of the programme in 2017. Speaking about his own experiences of mental health, Dave wanted to make sure that colleagues have the support and resources they need to help them live a healthier and happier life.
