Our champions promote, identify and signpost colleagues to wellbeing support, initiatives and campaigns throughout the year. Meet Mel Mel is a Team Leader in our Notification team in our Claims Operations team. Having joined Hastings Direct over two years ago, Mel wanted to become a Wellbeing Champion to support colleagues and promote the many tools and resources we have as part of our Wellbeing programme.
