When I heard I had the chance to come back to Hastings Direct it was such an amazing feeling, I couldn’t wait to start. I wanted to return to Hastings Direct because I believe it’s the perfect company to work for and I have to say it’s by far the best company I’ve ever worked for. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and this is reflected in the positive working atmosphere. The way that you’re supported and mentored as a Team Leader, is very rare to find in a company these days and that speaks volumes for how good the senior management team is.
I’ve loved every single minute of it! It’s like I never left, everyone has been so supportive, friendly and I’ve tried to pick up where I left off. I think returning to Hastings Direct has made me appreciate the company even more and I would recommend working for Hastings Direct to anyone I meet! I also think working within the Sales Triage department has really helped me gain a better understanding of the business and actually helped me develop as a Team Leader.
My main goal is to expand my skill set, become a better Team Leader and help the business that has supported me so much. I think over the course of the next few months, I would like to gain more knowledge in regards to the commercial side of the business and the different areas within the department. I believe with the help of the senior management I can really progress within the company.
